CSF IS A NON-PROFIT, DONATION-SUPPORTED FOUNDATION EXISTING TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR FAMILY CAREGIVE

 Worldwide, family caregivers tend to the needs of loved ones suffering terminal brain failure. The 24-7 regimen isolates the caregiver while draining their energy both physically and mentally. Support groups offer real emotional and life support for family caregivers. The Caregiver Support Foundation goal is to help caregivers find or form support groups. We also offer guidance in securing in-home help such as housekeepers and maintenance aid. Also CSF works closely with medical professionals to improve awareness of family caregiver needs. We work with professionals to help the caregivers and their patients. There is no charge for or help. 

Presently, the foundation is operated wholly by volunteers. There are still expenses such as transportation costs, video production expenses, Internet and phone, and others. We have been approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 status. We have secured a generous grant from Region 10 of the Agency on Aging and have received some early unsolicited donations.
